SOUR DOUGH

Okay this about 12 ounces of dough, or 1/4 of the sour dough. I roll this around to work out all the bubbles set it on corn meal and squish it a little so it has a full bottom of corn meal to rest on while it raises and cooks. I will be back when I am close to baking.
