This is just a note about shampoo. Several years ago I stumbled upon some old fashioned hair care, so I decided to try it, after all hair is hair, it grows we do some really bad things to it like color, straighten and curl with chemicals. So here goes...it is just so simple...1 tablespoon baking soda added to 1 cup warm water, and 1 tablespoon vinegar added to 1 cup warm water. You pour the baking soda and water on your hair and work into the scalp-this is the hard part, ignore the rest of your hair, just work on the scalp. Contact all areas of the scalp when done rinse with water. Take the vinegar and pour it over your hair count to 10 and rinse out. I have been doing this for 2 years, my hair is rather long. My hairdresser is always surprised that with the length of my hair she doesn't find split ends. That was good enough for me! Healthy hair is always the most beautiful. Try it, it will take you several weeks to really notice the change, your scalp does not itch, you can go a day between washing if you need to and best of all it is so inexpensive-a dollar saved is a dollar you can save or spend somewhere else!
